Healthy Breakfast: Multigrain color Sub

Ingredients : ( For Filling)

  1. Boiled potato: 250 gm
  2. Boiled Peas (Yellow/ Green): 200 gm
  3. Tomato (chopped): 150 gm
  4. Onion (chopped): 100 gm
  5. Roasted Groundnut : 50 gm
  6. Coconut (chopped): 30 gm
  7. Light fried Panner/ Tofu (chopped): 100 gm
  8. Curry leaves: 10 gm
  9.  Red & Yellow belle pepper (chopped): 50 gm
  10. Green chili (chopped): 10 gm
  11. Dried Red chili: 5 gm
  12. Mastered Seed : 3 gm
  13. Meant Leave: 5 gm
  14. Rice bran oil: 1 table spoon
  15. Salt: As per taste
  16. Sugar: As per taste

Ingredients : ( For Crispy Outer layer)

  1. Perboiled rice: 3/4 cup
  2. Regular rice: 3/4 cup
  3. Gram Lentils (Chana dal) : 1/2 cup
  4. Whole urad dal white: 1/2 cup
  5. Fenugreek seed: 1 teaspoon
  6. Rice bran oil: 1 teaspoon
  7. Water: 3 cups
  8. Salt: As per taste

Processing : (For Filling)

  • Heat a Pan with oil then saute master seed, dried chili and curry leaves turns golden brown.
  • Then add onions, coconut, tomato, ground nut, bell pepper and green chili for fry until it becomes golden.
  • Crumbled the potatoes and add to the fried items with it  then add boiled peas ,paneer/tofu and salt-sugar (as per taste) along with 1 tablespoon of water.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes .
  • After that serve in bowl and garnish with meant leaves.

Processing : (For Crispy outer layer)

  1. At first add Perboiled rice, Regular rice, Gram lentils, Whole urad dal and Fenugreek seed to a large bowl.
  2. Rinse them very well several time and discard the water.
  3. Soak them for 5 hours.
  4. Drain the water from the mixture and add them to a blender jar. And add water just as needed.
  5. Grind to a smooth paste, it became smooth & bubbly in texture.
  6. Pour this to a large pot.
  7. Check the consistency of the batter it should not be very thick or very liquid.
  8. Add salt as per taste. And mix it well.
  9. Now take a non stick tawa set in a medium flame.
  10. Brush tawa with  few drops of oil heat it until hot enough.
  11. Pour a ladle of batter on the center of the tawa .
  12. spread it  evenly in a circular shape.
  13. Leave it for 2 minutes until it became golden. And cook both side of it.
  14. Now pour 2 tablespoon  previously made filling in between and fold it.
  15. Now it is ready to serve.

Nutritional Fact:

This is a mixture of rice and lentil which is complementary food and essential amino acid contains diet with high in protein , Minerals &Vitamins . We know protein is body building block and has muscle growth elements and promote tissue repairment. Vitamins like Vit B complex, Vit C, Vit D, Vit E helps to enhance immunity, bone development,  keep normal nerve functions . Minerals like Iron, Calcium helps to promote HB level , bone development. This dish is excellent source of vitamin and minerals with protein and antioxidants due to the presence of Panner/ tofu, belle pepper, groundnut, peas and coconut. Tomato and onion provide immunity with colourful texture. Meant leaf has antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties. Peas gives you proteins , minerals, fiber and anti oxidants.

Time for Snacks:   Crispy Lentil cutlet Ingredients: Soaked and paste lentil: 100 gm Whole egg: 2 pieces  Chopped onion: 2 tablespoon Chopped green chili: 1 tablespoon Chopped capsicum: 1 tablespoon Cumin- coriander powder: 1 teaspoon   Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon Bread crumbs: 3 tablespoon Cornflour: 1 tablespoon Fresh chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon Salt & Sugar: As per taste Rice bran oil: 4 tablespoon Processing: In a deep pan heat the oil and add chopped onion , saute for few minutes until it became soft and light golden in color. BakED LoVe Cottage Cheese Celebrating Happy World baking day with    Baked LOvE Cottage Cheese (Chenna)  Ingredients : Skimmed Milk: 1 ltr Lime juice: 2 table spoon Sugar: 100 gm Semolina: 20 gm                                                Ghee (Purified butter/Butter oil): 15 gm Cardamom powder: 5 gm Condensed Milk: 2 tablespoon  Preparation: At first need to  boil milk in a saucepan on a oven for 15 minutes.
