All season Favorite :Chenna (Cottage cheese) bhujia with Indian Magic Masala


Ingredients :


  1. Cottage cheese /Chenna : 200 gm
  2. White Poppy seed & Mastered Seed paste: 3 tablespoon
  3. Capsicum chopped: 50 gm
  4.  Green chili chopped: 10 gm
  5. Cumin seed: 2 gm
  6. Dry red chili: 2 gm
  7. Coriander leaf chopped: 10 gm
  8. Rice bran oil: 1 table spoon
  9. Salt & Sugar: As per taste.

Preparation: 





  • Heated Rice bran  oil in a  pan then add whatever whole spices you have -  cumin seed and dry red chili. Fry them till you get an aroma just for a minute.
  • Add chopped capsicum, green chili and pinch of salt , saute for 2 minutes and then add the white poppy seed and master seed paste. Stir it well.
  • Then add chenna ( cottage cheese) with it and add salt & sugar as per taste and saute till you get a nice aroma.
  • Add chopped coriander leaf and stir it for 1 minute .
  • Turn of the heat.
  • Now it is serve and enjoyed with rooti or chapati/naan or you can take it as a breakfast or snacks  as a stuffed of sandwich .



  • Nutritional Fact:

    This dish preparation takes very less of time and minimum ingredients required. Cottage cheese is not only high in proteins it is also an essential nutrients with essential amino acids, minerals like Calcium, Phosphorus, Selenium . Selenium can increase antioxidant protection in blood. Cottage cheese is full of casein protein which has a great impact on muscle gain and it helps to improve bone health and provide antioxidants . Cottage cheese can prevent insulin resistance and good for heart.
