Todays Recipe: MASka CHASka SALAD


Ingredients :

  1. Cucumber :  100 gm
  2. Ripe Tomato: 50 gm
  3. Onion: 30 gm
  4. Capcicum : 20 gm
  5. Green Chili: 5 gm
  6. Rock salt: 2 gm
  7. Black pepper: 2gm
  8. Chat Masala: 2 gm
  9.  Fresh sour curd (Plain yogurt): (100 gm)
  10. Fresh coriander leaf (chopped): 5 gm
  11. Sprouted mung beans: 50 gm

Preparation :

  • At first cucumber, ripe tomato, onion, capcicum, green chili are needed to clean with fresh water
  • Then cut them into small pieces and keep it in a bowl.
  • Take sour curd in other bowl  and beat it well until creamy texture not arrived . keep 2 tsp creamy layer of sour curd in different bowl for garnish.
  • Add pieces of cucumber, tomato, onion, capcicum, green chili , sprouted mung beans with sour curd .
  • Add rock salt and black pepper in it and stir them well. then garnish with chat masala ,fresh coriander leaf and creamy layer of sour curd.
Nutritional Fact:

Curd is a best probiotic which contains helpful bacteria and fermented dairy product which helps to provide  GUT immunity and utility of yogurt is easily digestible and full of minerals like calcium, phosphorus , magnesium, Iron that provides immunity, promote bone growth , good for heart . And Tomato provides you immunity and prevent anemia as it is a good source of vitamin C, beta carotene and lycopene . Onion has anti oxidant and anti inflammatory effect which can reduce risk of cancer , lower blood sugar level. In other hand Sprouted mung is a rich source of Vitamin C, anti oxidants and plant based protein that promote muscle growth and remove free radicals from our body.

Time for Snacks:   Crispy Lentil cutlet Ingredients: Soaked and paste lentil: 100 gm Whole egg: 2 pieces  Chopped onion: 2 tablespoon Chopped green chili: 1 tablespoon Chopped capsicum: 1 tablespoon Cumin- coriander powder: 1 teaspoon   Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon Bread crumbs: 3 tablespoon Cornflour: 1 tablespoon Fresh chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon Salt & Sugar: As per taste Rice bran oil: 4 tablespoon Processing: In a deep pan heat the oil and add chopped onion , saute for few minutes until it became soft and light golden in color. BakED LoVe Cottage Cheese Celebrating Happy World baking day with    Baked LOvE Cottage Cheese (Chenna)  Ingredients : Skimmed Milk: 1 ltr Lime juice: 2 table spoon Sugar: 100 gm Semolina: 20 gm                                                Ghee (Purified butter/Butter oil): 15 gm Cardamom powder: 5 gm Condensed Milk: 2 tablespoon  Preparation: At first need to  boil milk in a saucepan on a oven for 15 minutes.
